Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Etúrà, a product of Dream Savvy Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Etúrà, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Etúrà is

Etúrà gives sellers a shareable storefront link and invoicing tools. We are not a party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer — we provide the tools, sellers and buyers handle their own agreements, payments, and deliveries.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Etúrà for business purposes.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paystack. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription only if you actively subscribe — we do not charge you automatically at the end of a trial. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, delivery terms, and any claims made to buyers, and for complying with applicable consumer protection, tax, and trade laws in Nigeria. Etúrà does not verify listings or vet sellers.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Etúrà to list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or regulated goods requiring a license you don't hold, to defraud buyers, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

6. Termination

You may stop using Etúrà and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

Etúrà is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Dream Savvy Solutions is not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Etúrà after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
