This Privacy Policy explains what information Etúrà, a product of Dream Savvy Solutions, collects and how it's used.

1. Information we collect

From sellers: business name, email, WhatsApp number, product listings, uploaded photos, and payment details you choose to display on invoices.
From buyers: name and WhatsApp number, provided when generating an invoice on a seller's storefront.
Automatically: basic storefront view counts, used only to show sellers traffic trends on their own dashboard.

2. How we use it

To operate your account and storefront, generate invoices, process subscription payments through Paystack, and show you analytics about your own store. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Where it's stored

Account and product data is stored with Supabase. Payments are processed by Paystack — we do not store your card details ourselves. Uploaded images are stored in Supabase Storage.

4. Sharing between sellers and buyers

A seller's storefront, product listings, and business contact details are public by design — that's the point of a storefront. A buyer's name and WhatsApp number are shared with the seller they placed an order with, so the seller can fulfil the order.

5. Your rights

You can update or delete your seller account information from your dashboard at any time, or contact us to request deletion of your data. Buyers can contact the seller they ordered from, or reach us directly, to request their information be removed.

6. Cookies

Etúrà uses only the essential session cookies needed to keep you signed in — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
