Not a marketplace

Etúrà is a software tool that gives sellers a storefront link and invoicing features. We are not a marketplace, we do not take custody of goods or funds, and we are not a party to any sale between a seller and a buyer.

No vetting of sellers or products

We do not verify seller identities, inspect products, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, price, or delivery claim shown on a storefront. Buyers should use their own judgement when dealing with any seller.

Payments and delivery

Product payments and delivery arrangements happen directly between seller and buyer. Etúrà's own subscription billing is processed securely through Paystack, but product-purchase payments described on an invoice are not handled or guaranteed by Etúrà.

No professional advice

Nothing on Etúrà constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Sellers should seek their own professional advice on business registration, tax obligations, and consumer protection compliance in their jurisdiction.

Availability

We aim to keep Etúrà available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, bugs, or third-party service outages (such as Paystack or WhatsApp).
